Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Pre-made items, such as hard cases, KYWI pouches, mounts and attachments are packed and shipped as soon as possible. Made-to-order items such as holsters and laser services are generally completed in 1 week or less. Cerakote can be up to 2 weeks depending on complexity and the availability of supplies.

Once we’ve completed and shipped your order, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details. If for some reason we expect your order to take longer than usual, we’ll get in touch ASAP!

STORE PICKUP

Store pickup is not available as we work out of a private residence.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is currently unavailable. We plan to resume local delivery to customers in Canberra and Queanbeyan from mid-to-late October, 2024.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges are based on weight and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer Australia Post’s ‘standard’ and ‘express’ parcel delivery. Their stated time frame for delivery is 2-6 days for standard delivery and 1-3+ days for express delivery.

The cheapest cost for any small package shipped by Australia Post (at time of writing) is $10.95. We increase that cost slightly to cover the cost of our packaging, to provide consistency to customers and a buffer to us for price fluctuations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available, but not currently provided via checkout. If there's something you'd like us to ship outside of Australia, please contact us.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our policy for refunds, returns and exchanges is whatever the Australian Consumer Law tells us it is. If something you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
